Living with an almost 5 yr old is a ride. A big ride filled with lots of questions and observations we adults never stop to question. The observations can be completely wrong or illogical but that is how Nora perceives the world.
* ''Mommy, why do girls have hairs on their legs and arms? Only daddy's need hair. Brother will get lots of hair like daddy? - mind you, she did not tell me WHY daddy's need hair.
* ''How do mommy's get the baby? - Yes people, she asked the million dollar question at 4 yrs old!
* ''Those peckerwoods(woodpeckers...but HAHAHAA at her mistake) they hammer at the pine tree and eat like squirrels. (What!?) They hammer a hole and hide a nut just like the squirrels. (Oh good, because for a moment there I thought we had carnivorous woodpeckers hunting the squirrels)
* ''You see that rainbow mommy? Watch a unicorn will ride down it.''
* ''This lock on the gate is soooo meannnnnn! It won't let me out!'' (Um, that's the purpose of a lock!)
* ''Mimi loves me SO much! Look at the stickers she gaved me!''
* ''Mommy can I buy something with my penny? It's almost a dollar.''
* ''Loki got shots at the vet, she was so brave. But they don't have suckers like at my doctor.''
