Mexican Pizza

Going to have to type this quick....lots to do around here.

Mexican Pizza

1 Mama Mia Ultra Thin Crust
1 can Fat Free Roserita Refried Beans (I like the Lime and Chili flavor)
1 c. chopped cilantro
1 1/2 c. prepared, seasoned taco meat(beef or chicken, I used leftovers from taco night)
1 1/2 c. Mexican shredded cheese
1/4 c. chopped purple Onion
3/4 c. chopped red pepper.


1. Preheat over to 400 degrees

2. Place crust on pizza stone and spread 1/2 the can of refried beans on crust.

3. Layer remaining ingredients onto

4. Cook pizza for 15 mins or until cheese is starting to get brown.

Yummy!
