Foodie Fridays!

OK, a day late for Foodie Friday....

Crockpot Pulled Pork

4 lbs pork roast ...diced into 2"x2" cubes

1 c. K.C. Masterpiece Original BBQ sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
3 T minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground pepper
4 T. apple cider vinegar
dash cayenne pepper - probably 1/4 tsp.
1/4 tsp liquid smoke.
2 T lemon juice

Dice up pork...mix all other infredients in large pyrex....Put pork in crock pot...dump in sauce...Turn crockpot on high for 4 hours, then turn down to low for 2 hrs.
