Pumpkin Pie Shake!!!!

Ohhhhh, how I love you Eat Clean Diet...you have just delivered to me the best recipe yet! This may become breakfast or snack for the rest of fall and winter.

Pumpkin Pie Shake

1/2 can pumpkin
3/4 c. almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnomon or Pumpkin Spice
2 Splendas
crushed ice....

Put in blender and push 'frappe'....ENJOY!

I was thinking this would be really good with some vanilla yogurt mixed in as well. Activia has a great Vanilla and cereal flavor now that just might do the trick.
