Ok, just be prepared to get a whole host of recipes in the next few weeks. This has become one of my favorite snack or lunch on the go grabs.....
1/2 c. oats (Dry Oatmeal)
2 T. Natural Peanut butter
1/8 c. raisins.
3 long stalks celery.
Put peanut butter in bowl and microwave for 15 secs. Take out and add raisins and oatmeal...stir. Let mixture cool for 5 mins. Spoon into celery stalks! Yummy!
Note: I'm not a huge fan of celery so I've just eaten this as is out of the bowl with a glass of Almond Milk.
